Site Readiness and Substrate Requirements The effectiveness of a dexdari installation is dependent on the structural integrity of the sub-floor. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the site is weather-tight and that the sub-base is level within the tolerances specified in our pre-installation audit. Dexdari is not liable for thermal inefficiencies resulting from undisclosed structural damp or substandard existing insulation that does not meet current Irish Building Regulations (Part L).

Pressure Testing and System Commissioning Every dexdari system undergoes a rigorous multi-stage pressure test using air or water at 6 bar for a minimum of 24 hours prior to the pouring of screed. Once the screed is applied, dexdari is not liable for mechanical damage caused by secondary trades (e.g., floor finishers or carpenters) drilling into the substrate.

Warranty and Jurisdiction Our pipework carries a technical longevity guarantee, provided the system is maintained according to our provided maintenance schedule. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dublin.
